A metallic-aluminum meter divided into 10 sections of 10 cm each, connected to each other with a rivet, which allows them to be twisted and create units of varying lengths of  measurements. The scale marks and the numbers are engraved in the metal. The units in all sections are listed from 1 to 9, and at the end of each section is engraved in large letters the number of tens of the section. In the middle, the 5th is enlarged.
